The following late/cancellation policy has been implemented to maintain the optimal flow of business and respect other clients time.

Late/Reschedule: If you are running late, you will be granted up to 10 minutes of tardiness. Kindly notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, you will be asked to reschedule if it runs past the next scheduled appointment. A 50% rescheduling fee will apply.
No-show/Cancellations: Please cancel through the appointment notifications link (sent via text/email upon booking) 24 hrs before your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
All cancellations must be made 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. If you fail to cancel the day before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service total.
By booking your appointment, you agree to the policy, and there will be no refunds for any fees charged.
PAYMENTS:
Pay Cash-NO TAX! Venmo, Apple Pay, Tap Credit/debit chip cards are all accepted. You will be charged Hawaii State tax 4.1667% applied to transactions.
