Brazilian Waxing Info

Keep your kitty pretty with our intimate hair removal services. To ensure a less painful experience to these sensitive areas, a hard wax is applied in every nook and cranny, helping to remove every hair!

We use high quality hard wax, which reduces the amount of ingrown hairs, and provides the most comfortable waxing experience.

A Brazilian wax includes all pubic hairs on the frontal mound, the leg crease, and the butt strip.

Brazilian Waxing FAQ’S

  • The first 3 times will hurt more than any other time. This is due to the 3 cycles of hair growth, needing to target each hair growth cycle with waxing. However, keeping a routine will minimize the pain experienced from a Brazilian wax. If you are waxing regularly, the re-growth becomes finer and thinner each time, making each visit more comfortable. This is only true if you are returning every 4-6 weeks. If you wait past that, it will be like starting all over again.

  • Waxed hair is removed from the root so when the new hair starts to grow back, the new hair grows with a very fine tip. So no more stubble or itch! (Individual results can vary)

  • Yes, it’s okay to wax when on your period. Make sure to have a tampon or cup in. Please change your tampon/cup right before your appointment. Also keep in mind that the increase of blood flow may make your skin more sensitive.

If you decide to cancel on the day of your appointment because of your period, you will still get charged a late cancellation or rescheduling fee so plan ahead!

  • Let the hair grow out to about 1/4 inch or longer above the skin (2-3 weeks). If hairs are too short, the wax won’t adhere strongly enough to pull them out.

Do not apply lotion in the area before your wax appointment.

You can take ibuprofen 30 minutes prior to your appointment to decrease sensitivity and inflammatory response.

Come in with comfy loose clothes to maximize comfort.

  • Yes! Sometimes your skin may feel sensitive during pregnancy, but there is no harm to you or your baby. It’s best to consult with your doctor if you have any concerns.

  • It’s important to avoid intimate contact for at least 48 hours after your wax appointment. Your freshly wax skin is sensitive and the pores are open, making you susceptible to bacterial breakouts. Breakouts consist of whiteheads, which usually subside in a few days.
